of Ethics TBBB is an organization of professionals whose purpose is to promote and improve the business of its members. TBBB is strictly for business and will not become a forum for political or religious platforms. TBBB will not discriminate in their Membership because of race, creed, sex, age, or nation of origin. Participation is of paramount importance and excessive absenteeism (attendance of less than 75%), or any other indication of lack of interest may result in the loss of Membership. Members may assign one (1) or more alternates to attend meetings to prevent non-representation. The alternates are encouraged to attend with the member when possible. The Membership list or Directory is the sole property of TBBB. The use or sale of same is strictly prohibited without consent of TBBB. Members will not make any representations about TBBB other than those provided in their information package. TBBB will have only one representative company for each business category and the categories will be determined by TBBB. Categories must not conflict with existing Members' products or services categories. All referrals must be handled in a timely, ethical and professional manner. Meetings will be held on a weekly basis (except holidays). All meetings will be exclusive to members and invited guests. The entire agenda will be devoted strictly to networking. In order to protect the confidentiality of our members and their clients, all referrals will be on a one-to-one basis unless otherwise specified by the referring member (see default #4). Members are encouraged to invite guests. A guest may attend only two (2) meetings. As a Member of TBBB, I promise to abide by the following Code of Ethics:
